GEX load problem!

Featured Replies

I've posted this on the Flight 1 forum...but alas, no responses. So I come to the forum that ALWAYS gives me answers.I was fine with GEX until about 1 week ago. FSX had some issues and I had to do a complete REINSTALL of FSX and ALL my ancillary programs and addons. Things are going well except for one problem. Whenever I click on GEX, I get this message: " There was an error in the item selection. Your groundenv. cfg file may be invalid." Now what does that mean. I'm a valid owner of GEX and FEX and all was well a week ago. I'm updated to the latest version of GEX but how do I eliminate this message...and more importantly KNOW that GEX is actually working?Help. Stan

StanI am soooo sorryI did not miss your post over there I saw it and I got sidetracked and a spread a bit thin. I intended to answer you and just plain lost trackHop back over to the GEX forum and belly up the the bar... lets see if we can figure out whats going on.

Just so everyone on this forum knows....Nick_N from Flight1 helped me through this problem, and it was solved beautifully. Thanks, Nick. I appreciated it very much. I'm back in business. Great company to deal with. I'm a real fan of Flight1 products.Stan

I'm just sorry I dropped the ball on getting back to you right awayUsually I am on top of things like that but that one got lost on my scribbled desktop punch list due to lack of sleep at the timeDont be a stranger.. come on back over when ever you have a question.. does not have to be GEX releated either. We like to play over there too!:)
