Is there a Saab 340 for FSX?

Featured Replies

I see a nice repaint for Mike Stone's Saab 340 on Avsim's front page. However, I only see FS9 and earlier versions of this great plane. I love this turboprop and have flown in one often as a commuter. They say it's the BMW of turboprops. Anyone flying the 340 in FSX....successfully, and does it have a good VC?Stan

There is a new 340 just uploaded today (Monday)... It's on the front page for FSX Original Aircraft. Haven't had a chance to check it out yet.Best Regards, Donald T.:-waveFLYing? It's cool. Trillions of birds and insects can't be wrong.

Although technically it's just a refurbished FS9 aircraft, I know I can only fly aircraft that are 'true' FSX aircraft, you can use XV132 editor to find out. I guess it depends how good your system is if FSX will allow modified FS9 aircraft to work.

I'll try it. Thanks.StanOK...this is an edit....I tried it and now I know why I fly FSX. Everything else looks really really OLD.It is truly FS2004, and shouldn't be called an FSX original aircraft.
