Metars For FSX

There used to be a nice little program for FS2004 (FS9Metars) by Marcus Brunner that downloaded worldwide meteorological data and automatically applied it to FS2004. Given the sometimes erratic nature of the FS built-in real time weather this was a valuable asset. However, it no longer functions reliably with FSX although it did for awhile via FSUIPC. I have looked in the various libraries to no avail. So, is there any small program like that for FSX that will get metar data and apply it to FSX instead of using the built-in system?Regards,Dick BoleyA PC, an LCD, speakers, CH yoke
