how can I get all aircraft to use runway 13 at Kai tak? I have turned on real weather- no change; tried custominhg it using wings coming out of 31o degrees- no ch age....all the aircrfvt still land on runway 31?? is ther an updated afcad that i cna use to close runway 31 fore takeoffs and landings? thanks!

Haven't you heard? Kai-Tak's closed!On a serious note, try setting a moderate wind coming from 130 degrees or thereabouts. That should activate runway 13.
