SkySim MD-11 SP3 Non-Starter?

Has anyone else run into the problem of the SkySim MD-11 SP3 being a non-starter in FSX SP2? When I attempt to follow the procedure as described, the engines will only spool up to about 12-13% N2 which is insufficient to start them.
