Is there any add-on to show normal map info?

I'm using FSX mainly to explore scenery from fairly low altitudes and often find myself longing for some text information to help identify my location. Does anyone know of any program or add-on for FSX that would add place names of towns etc on the Map window? Or overlay it in the main window?-- Terry, East Grinstead, UK

You could try the demo of this program:http://www.flight1.com/products.asp?product=fsdiscSounds like just what you're looking for.JimDell XPS 420 Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 3.0 ghz3 gb dual channel 800 mhz DDR2 RAM512 mb nvidia 8800GT500 gb SATA drive 7200 rpmSoundblaster X-Fi Xtreme Music22" Acer widescreen LCDWindows Vista Home Premium

The link Jim posted! Use the 'hybred' map, zoom in, and it will even give you the road names.XP Pro SP2-FSX SP2AMD FX60-8800GTS-2 Gigs RAMFEX-GEX-UTUSA-FSGenesis-and a bunch of other stuffComputer optimized by www.fs-gs.com

Thanks all, great posts, much appreciated!I've downloaded both programs (from both Jims) but the freeware FSWidgets GMap looks exactly what I need.I'm now keen to try the GMap flight plan facility on my own flight plans. But the snag is that I don't yet know how to create one in FSX. This is now OT to the subject, so I'll post a new query called 'How to make a detailed flight plan?'.-- Terry, East Grinstead, UK
