FSMAP problem - I can't create 'hotspots'

Can anyone help with the seemingly simple task.I have created hotspots using FSMAP in various models and variants.But going to those same models in FSX I can't find the hotspots, visible or invisible. I can turn on the FSMAP window from the View menu and it works OK.I have double and triple checked that I am setting the hotpsots in the same models and variants.One other confusion is that the Beech Baron default panel in FSMAP is different from that on the model in FSX! So I don't know where that hotpsot is supposed to be.Any help would be greatly appreciated.ThanksNigel
