FS Map Tool / Ipad

Hello, I just purchased a new iPad ( A16 ) installed FS Map tool but it’s not working.
" Waiting for server data…"
Internet is working just fine on the iPad A16, did even a speed test (D- 870 Mbps / U -65 Mbps )
I checked many times the ip number on FS Map Tool installed on my PC , everything its okay.
I tried ( testing only ) to disable the Windows 11 Firewall, no luck.
I have another iPad Pro 12,9, older model ( 2018, I guess ) and its working great.
Could that be because of the older vs newer iPadOS version ?
Any advices are welcome, thank you, I really dont know how to fix this. Maybe some router settings ?
