What value people use in AMD sharpening setting,  next to resolution scale?

I have been using resolution scale 120% and AMD sharpening 100%, but just noticed the image is kind of blurry. With lower sharpening it looks much better, nice to notice after few hundred hours of grainy picture 😄 What value is optimal?
