Flight Dynamics

Featured Replies

Hello , How can I change the flight dynamics on a downloaded a/c .I need to change the pitch and bank sensibility . As I movethe stick with small deflections , the a/c moves radically . I have slide the sensibility of the Joystick to the left orright , and it has no efect . I have donwload other a/c andthe are all different . I need an A320 , all a/c that ,I have downloadedthey are very sensitive .If , I fly the default B737 or B777 ,the dynamics are very good . I am using an USB 3D-cyborg stick. Well , maybe somone out there has a good A320 , but I would liketo learn how to change this to set my home build cockpit .. Thanks Javier

In the aircraft.cfg, there is a section called . Some third party A/C don't have the section, but you can simply add it if needed. Within the section, you can add or modify these parameters:elevator_effectiveness=x.xrudder_effectiveness=x.xaileron_effectiveness=x.xRaising x.x (a number, usually between 1-10 on most A/C) increases sensitivity, and decreasing the number decreases sensitivity. These entries are used to adjust trim sensitivity:elevator_trim_effectiveness=x.xrudder__trim_effectiveness=x.xaileron__trim_effectiveness=x.xPlay with the numbers until you're content with the Aircraft's response...John, KPHX
