About 2 months ago suddenly half my helos lost tail and main rotors. Reinstallation, tweaking, looking etc didn't help. They're in the aircraft folders, but 2k2 isn't reading them. (happened to some regualr prop planes too). Did I lose a module or effect or ??

Check your fs2002scenedbprops folder for scenery and texture subfolder. You should have one *.bgl file in the scenery folder and 13 *.bmp files in your texture folder.Other than that have you installed a new graphics card?

Another thought. Have you disabled the Show Prop option in your FS settings?

THANKS!! I see there's no "scenery" in the props and two bgl's in the "texture". [now spend rest of life wondering how they got out of there]. I never did find a "Show Props" option.

Update: the folder I had found was "PROPS", have no idea how it got there. Found Props, under graphics in the FS2002 CFG file, changed the "0" to "1"..and my joy is now boundless. A thousand thanks, Bones!
