The measurement tool seems to display values to the nearest NM and Degree. Sometimes it shows 2 degree values.

Is there a way to have it display more precision? In particular the Radial degrees?

I'm using it for old-school VOR RNAV, and finding I need more precision for longer distances. 

 

I already added an optional precision mode for the next release which uses more accuracy for distances and courses in the measurement lines. This also covers the radial.

This feature is intended for scenery or procedure developers. I doubt this makes sense for flying.

The two numbers you see are the start and end course of the Great Circle line (Measure Distance). These appear for long measurement lines.
