Using Saitek switch/multi/radio panels with FS2004

I believe the three options are:

1. Spad v0.5.1 via https://fstools.weebly.com/download.html but the link no longer works

2. FSUIPC LUA plugin - there used to be a forum with user contributions where I might have got hold of a plugin someone had already created but that forum is no longer available. I've contacted SPAD support but wondered if anybody here has a plugin they might share please?

3. The Saitek plugin via https://www.saitek.com/uk/down/drivers.php but as I use SPAD.neXt to run the panels in P3D and FSX-SE I'm wary of this approach as there may be issues with conflicts between the two methods of accessing the devices.
