Cannot change cockpit camera viewing speed

I am sure that there's a conflict somewhere, but, so far, I've not been able to identify it. I run Chase Plane for my camera views. When I use my POV button to move around the cockpit, the cockpit view moves too fast, always stopping past my intended stop. I've used the sim's camera setting, the controls setting and even Chase Plane, but nothing seems to control the speed.

Any clue will be greatly appreciated.
