When I run LNM on the laptop via the LNM server and the Chrome browser it works great, however a portion of the screen is wasted on the browser TAB bar and address bar.

Google suggested you can go full screen by saving the page as a home page, however it had no effect , so I wondered has any other user managed to achieve this or maybe the LNM server html could provide full screen.

LNM does not provide a full screen in its webserver (only the main application has it). This is entirely a client function. I use Brave on Android and it moves the tab bar out when scrolling down. Maybe try Brave or Vivaldi.
