Hello,

I use the EFB, in this case in the PMDG 737-800. When I go to click calculate the takeoff performance after I entered the Airport Code, runway, ect.

it tells me that the airport code is wrong. It won't download the weather(META). Has anyone experienced this?? I'm having this issue for about a week. The Airport code is correct.

I don't know why keeps giving me an error. Can someone help me on this issue?? I appreciate it very much thanks.
