Need to make a clean reinstall, so I need initial installer

Featured Replies

I need to make a clean install of Reality XP GTN 750 for X-Plane (Windows 10).

I can't find my original installer I bought back in 2022.

There are no place to download in Reality-XP website.

Flight1 (purchasing agent) provides a download-link (I was able to get through my purchase-certificate) which is broken, pointing into an inexistent location (404 error).

No customer-support in Reality XP webpage, no customer-support in Flight1 website. No download link...

Everything looks quite abandoned...

Shall I start a formal fraud report @ftc.gov?

This is quite frustrating.

I was having issues when I was reinstalling no a new computer, but eventually got it resolved.

Go to: https://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=service

Towards the top: 1. Log in to your account by clicking here. Click on the link and Log In.

You should end up on a Welcome page with the second option: My Flight1 Orders:

Next page should show your orders and you can click on: RealityXP - RealityXP Garmin GTN 650 (XPlane) to download the file.

Up in the top boarder, click on Support and scroll down to Flight1.com E-Commerce and Product Activation Support.
Click on: Flight1 Activation - I reached my Activation Limit and I need to reset the serial number just to be safe.

Go launch the download and highlight the X-Plane version (should say Library to the right vs a price) and follow the instructions. And hopefully it will reinstall. Mine took a few tries, not sure if it was a corrupt download or what, but it eventually got rid of the error message I was getting.
