AS 16 load flightplan

I really enjoy using AS 2016 on FSX SE. It creates a realistic weather experience which maked flightsimming more accurate. There's on bug that keeps keeps occuring. I run FSX, use the flight planner and save th route. I place the aircraft in the departure airport. I run AS, load the flight plan, return to FSX and fly. Several times during the flight, a message appears on top of the screen- Please load a flight plan for more accurate conditions etc. Why is this happening?
