I Cannot turn radios on in the DO 228 and am unable to find the manual in the C:\Users\COMPUTERNAME\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Official\OneStore\ directory.

Would someone please me? Thank you.
