WHM-kevents.gau? Where is it?

Featured Replies

Hi There...Have been reading up on making sound file attachments for .xml gauges and am becoming aware that I will need gauge file: "WHM-kevents.gau" in order for it to happen. I've search the file library and cannot find it and even tried a link provided in another post. If anyone could point me in the right direction to find it, I'd appreciate that very much.Regards,Kevin Sparkuhl

Thanks Jan!Just downloaded it...Kevin

Seems to be a slight misunderstanding going on here. The Whm-"kevent" gauge simply adds functions that are buggy by default (don't work), such as quite a few audio panel functions. The XML-"sound" gauge is what you need to be able to play sounds using special k-events. The "sound"-gauge uses k-events for afterburners, whereas the "k-event" gauge uses k-events from engine 3 and 4; lowering its usability for jets with more than two engines. However, there exist yet another sound-type gauge that is only released with the SST aircraft that you could also try.

HiYou are right Karl, but i thought when you are "busy" with gauges and xml, the whm-kevents.gau is a "conditio sine qua non".Jan"Procul Negotiis"
