I left them out of an airdrop effect I did locally and it looks okay. The mind tends to fill in the expected but missing chords here.

you were right, your minds eye fills in the chords. i used two components both labeked as spoilers. the first is folded (just scaled down in cross section). it moves back relatively slowly (20 frames or so) then retreats in one frame. the unfolded hemi them appears in one frame and moves back slightly in a couple more. looks just like a chute opening! thanx....doc
