January 1, 200521 yr i fly an ifr 222 as a profession. i am trying to find a 222/panel etc that i can use on ms2004 for ifr procedural training. the panel is really all i care about, it needs to have a working flight director (autopilot) and a garmin 500/530. i have found a panel that shows the flight director but it isn't functional. i would pay for such an aircraft if its available. can anyone help? thanks.
January 2, 200521 yr Hi,Just an idea.Did you add: flight_director_available=1 in the autopilot section of the heli?Jan"Beatus Ille Procul Negotiis" Jan "Beatus ille qui procul negotiis..."
January 2, 200521 yr the program for the augusta had an auto install. i'm not sure what you mean, could you elaborate? the flight director chevron on the attitude indicator will come on and the heading bug will responsed but i can't click on or get any of the modes (such IAS) on the flight director panel to respond. thanks for the help
January 2, 200521 yr Hi,Have no idea's about choppers, but in each aircraft.cfg there is an autopilot section. The default Bell shows:[autopilot]autopilot_available= 0flight_director_available= 0So my idea was to change that to 1.Of course there must be a FD programmed in the ADI or autopilot gaugewith an on/off switch. If not, you have to look for an other gauge.(Which panel do you have?)Jan"Beatus Ille Procul Negotiis" Jan "Beatus ille qui procul negotiis..."
January 2, 200521 yr Sorry but the default AP doesn't work with helicopters. All AP for helicopters out there are custom developed...regardsFranz
January 3, 200521 yr Trot on over to www.hovercontrol.com and there is a wealth of information of choppers.Steve
