Data Entry on a guage

Recommended Posts

Guest mlgoff

I need to create a gauge that will allow the user to enter lat/lon coordinate pairs. I can't find anything in the docs that indicates how you create a text entry field. Any ideas?

I do code, butI don't do any gauge programming. I know field entry must be possible since the default GPS allows entry into fields. If the answer is elusive, consider using scrollable numbers for the entry. That may also eliminate risk of invalid entry and reduce the need for you to code a lot of validation code into your gauge.-John

Is this for XML? If you download my plane C26.zip I have a couple of simple FMC's where you scroll in lat/long on one and ICAO codes on the other.nick
