Setting Track and LOC

Hi, is it possible using XML code to set the following on an Airbus style AP (Flight Control Unit),1) Track heading. There is a choice on the real world aircraft to switch between heading and track. It looks like the track can be set in a simalar way to the heading.2) Activate the LOC so the aircraft locks on to the localiser only.cheers,nick
