bmp calls

Featured Replies

Hello again Folks. I am reading through the XML tutorials that Bill has mentioned in another post. I have some examples of other gauges printed off. I am following through the basics ok but am not clear as to where the bmp's should be. The tutorial doesn't mention any specific folders.I am still thinking about the old 2K2 1024 folder which contained the bmp's and the gauges called them from there. EasyGauge calls them from a folder of your own choice as it were. However, where do I place the bmp's for an XML gauge?Sorry for being slightly dense here!!Regards...Ken

I generally put all my code and bmp's in the same folder. You can then either run the gauge from the folder or compress the folder into a .cab file and run the gauge from that. For testing purposes, of course, it is easier to run the code from the folder.
