August 20, 200223 yr Dear All:I have imported a FSDS project using the "import DXF" script in gmax, but when i import my project i see triangular polygons instead of square polygons, and too my project parts doesn't have the shaded relief or smooth surface, why?P.D: When i see my imported project with the perspective view i see big squares instead of a 3d parts.Thanks.Alfredo Mendiola LoyolaLima Peru
August 21, 200223 yr Author Commercial Member The DXF files can not save all the feature you name (smoothing etc) you will have to enter them again in GMax.I have a note, for all these questions you ask now I think you are trying to use GMax as if it was FSDS. You should take a bit of a different approach to making the buildings in GMax.
