hi:-newbiei am trying to make some scenery of a small mediterranean airport. i have been using airport for windows to create exclude and flatten areas, and the runway/taxiwayscould someone give some advice on the easiest way to now put in some nice FS2002 looking buildings, fences, and static aircraft?i.e. what software to get/research? is FSSE suited to this? obviously I'd like to only import specifically the kinds of aircraft and carriers that you'd expect to find herethanks !

Hi Newbie! I just saw that nobody had responded to your post. Indeed, using Airport is a fine way to get the runways, roads, etc. in order. To make buildings, I use Gmax. It's a little bit of a learning curve, but the code is great and once you learn to use it, it's quite simple. I create the buildings, export their BGLs using the "keep files" box checked in MakeMDL (requires the latest makeMDL) and then I process the gmax files as an API library in FSRegen, which is also freeware and quite a handy tool. Once I've got a library of buildings, I use the API files to get everything placed in Aiport and then compile the whole thing as a scenery file. If you need specifics, please feel free to email me.thanks,Bill Womack
