I'm looking for a design tool that will incorporate the new floating point commands and make library objects and calls. I will pay cashThanks!

Sounds a bit like you are asking for GMax :-lol, but I assume you want an alternative.Maybe the upcomming FSDS2? But I don't know if that can make libraries.Arno
