Are you trying to make the runway longer visually because the real runway is longer than depicted in FS2002 OR are you trying to make the runway longer to use it as another runway for AI traffic?If the former, you need scenery design tools, such as Airport for Window - http://www.airportforwindows.com/ or FSSC - AVSIM Library. If the latter, then you need AFCAD - AVSIM Library.
