KDAB aircraft taxi/landing lights problem

I placed my aircraft at KDAB and was watching AI aircraft taxi at night. There NAV/Beacon lights were lit but they displayed no taxi/landing lights. I found that strange since the same aircraft are used at KMCO and KORL and the taxi/landing light are visible at night.I taxied to the active and my aircraft taxi/landing lights worked. As I waited in line for takeoff, I watched a B1900D land, its landing lights were on until it passed over the start of runway lights. Another weird occurance happened with the aircraft in front of me. When it made the 90deg turn on the taxiway to the runway hold short, its taxi/landing lights came on. However, as soon as it taxied over the runway, the taxi/landing lights went off, and stayed off during the takeoff.If you look at the aircraft from the nose, the lights appear on but there is no reflection of the lights on the taxiway or runway.Since these same aircraft are used at the other airports, I think it must be something with the airport scenery.
