October 22, 200223 yr Having created low polygon gmax model of an aircraft, I need to use the same gmax model with several different airline textures in the same scenery. Could someone help with this question of applying different textures onto the same model without applying uvw mapping every time? Letats
October 22, 200223 yr Get your model all finished and textured. Export the model using middleman but DO NOT compile. This should give you an *.X file that you can edit the texture name to the name of the different livery texture files name. Then just compile using makemdl.exe directly and set your location.
October 23, 200223 yr Modelling with gmax is not a problem at all but I have not used middleman before, could you please explain little bit more about middleman and direct me to a tutorial if there is any? Wher can I obtain middleman? I am sure it should be simple to use.Letats
