Unless there is also a LandClass file included, it only changes the shape of the land.Hope this helps,-- Tom GibsonCalifornia Classic Propliners: http://members.aol.com/tgfltsim/index.htmlAlcoHauler Locomotive Page: http://members.aol.com/alcohauler/home/alcohaul.htmlFreeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.com/ San Diego Model RR Museum: http://www.sdmodelrailroadm.com/Drop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___

A mesh is a 3D object, the airplanes you see in VC mode and spot plane view are 3D meshes. A mesh basically looks exactly like a fish net. each square is called a polygon. All of the scenery are meshes. Including the trees. Well Trees are actually a texture applied to a 2D square(plane) It is also a mush albe it a simple one.The more the polygons the higher the detail that can be achieved. The terrain meshes you see for download offer a higher detail to be more realistic. The trade of is that higher detail means more preassure on the CPU wich can in turn mean slower frame rates if you have a not so muscular computer system.Pete
