Fixing KSMF scenery- flatten or exclude?

Recommended Posts

Guest Lobaeux4

Hello,I'm not a scenery designer, so I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing, lol. I downloaded an add-on Sacramento scenery, excellent BTW, but I've got the double runways. I tried using slew, going to the four corners of the airfield and then using those coordinates, tried to insert a flatten switch. Now, I've lost the runways altogether.Anyone know of a fix for this or how I can fix it?Thanks,Lobaeux

I think you probably need an exclude since you want to exclude the default scenery. Reread the downloaded scenery package to see if they provided an exclude *.bgl or and exclude setting. If not, you could build one with Airport for Windows or FSSC.See this post: http://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/DCForumID10/1516.html#1 for a simple exclude.
