May 3, 200224 yr I don't know...I've been looking for the Kitzsteinerhorn Glacier at Kaprun, Austria, scene of the disasterous fire in the long upward tunnel of the funicular "Gletscherbahn Kaprun 2, where many people died last year. It's a large Glacier, usually above the clouds, with year round skiing. What a place in real life....Havn't found it yet !Bob (Lecanto, Fl)AMD, Athlon XP, 1800+MSI, K7T266 XP ProPC 2100 DDR, 1024 MBXP, Home Edition Elsa GLadiac 920, GF3/64Mb andPNY, Verto nVidia TNT 2-M64/32WD, 100 MB, 7200, Ultra 100Sound Blaster, Audigy MP3+CH Prod, VPP Yoke - Sound CardCH Prod, Pedals - Sound Card
May 3, 200224 yr Download the excellent freeware mesh by Pietro Mauri http://www.geocities.com/flightsim2k2it/Then take off from Aosta and head northwest. You should have no troble seeing the Matterhorn as it is wondefully modeled in this mesh.I also have Aosta add on scenery which can be found here:http://www.vvtorino.it/italiano/scenari2000/aosta.shtmlBob S Reno, NV
May 3, 200224 yr Matterhorn (in Italy named Cervino) is very well represented by Alpes mesh by Pignot Thierry. If you give a look to this pagehttp://digilander.iol.it/aliditalia/chamois.htmli've published a good image of Valtournanche Valley, with the italian sideview of Matterhorn.Regards.
