March 4, 200323 yr HiAnyone know where I can find the documentation for the Ground 2K program (downloadable from Fs2002 utilities)?I heard it has a steep learning curve.J
March 4, 200323 yr Search Library for Ground2k. You will find two files. One is the origianl and an update. The orginal has a doc file.Yes, the learning curve is difficult if you are not familiar with a variety of new terms and what they do. So far I have been successful with roads, rivers, lakes, and landclass. 3 days...Dick regards, Dick near Pittsburgh, USA
March 5, 200323 yr As previously stated, the program itself comes with documentation (doc-files) in both French and English. They are in the root folder of the program, if I remember correctly.I would say the program is quite easy to learn, I don't think I've learnt anything this fast from scratch. So far I've been making "traditional scenery design", which means ground and object design, starting several years back in VOD etc. I remember when starting to design 3d-buildings and especially when I for the first time opened up Airport to make my first ground - and I would say it was a lot more difficult back then than it was to recently learn how Ground2k works. And I wouldn't say I could have any help from "normal scenery designing" when starting to do LWM/VTP stuff, all terms etc. were new.
