Objects remaining bright at night

Featured Replies

I have spotted several of the macro's I am using which stay at a constant color at night - they don't darken. In FS98 this could be caused by the chosen color (constant intensity colors selected by mistake) but it seems to have changed in FS2002.What is confusing is that one macro is textured and this stays bright at night too. Can anyone suggest the possible solution to this - I'm not totally familiar with all SCASM code..boneshttp://fsaviation.net

The trick in Fs2000 and Fs2002 is to use a ShadedPoly or a ShadedTexPoly, but without VecPoints, in that case the polygon will stay bright at night.

If the world should blow itself up, the last audible voice would be that of an expert saying it can't be done.
