Hi everyone. I have never designed scenery before and so I am completly green.Is there a way to take an existing Airport and "relocate" it to a new long and lat?If so how?

While I won't say its impossible, it's not what most folks would do. The likely approach would be to re-build a new version of the airport in the new location. If you wish to remove the old location, you do this using an exclude file. Complete instructions on writing excludes are contained in this forum, search on exclude. commonly used gui tools also include this capability, airport for windows, fssc, etc.Both airport for windows And FSSC are free and don't take too long to learn....both programs offer you everything you'll need to produce airports that look nicer than the default.
