June 25, 200322 yr Hey all,I've been into designing basic scenery for some time now...I've used landclass, coastline editor and gmax but still can't figure out how to vividly create nicely shaped elevation terrain for example cliffs which are by default low hills in FS2002 rather than over 250 m high as they should be.Can anyone suggest some program to manipulate the default scenery and shape the terrain to the actual heights? I'm only interested in mdifying the elevations and nothing else....Cheers all.Stormshadow
June 25, 200322 yr Author for small adjustments, Ground2k does a nice job using the "remesh" feature.fsterrain is a helpful utility for creating mesh bgls, using source data like usgs dems...but if you just want the hill next to your airport to be right...better using ground2k.Bob B
