Ground2K4 V5 - 507 Error - Points to beVerified

Featured Replies

Suddenly I have started getting a 507 error on any project I attempt to start. I finished one project earlier today, without problems. When I attempted to begin a new project, I cropped the image and got my coordinates to start the project. After entering the data, I got a 507 error. I cropped the image again, another 507. Reboot didn't help. Complete removal and reload of the program didn't help. I attempted to begin even another (test) project using the same exact image and coordinates that I used earlier today..... 507 error. One possible clue is that I too had a file that I attempted to open and wound up with an all white screen and no image. Another possible clue, I am using a new version of PSP (8.10 - not 8.01) and the image for the original attempted project was in memory as PSP had just written the image file to the Ground2K4 IMAGE sub directory. Since I repair computers for a living, I am well aware that this should not matter, but it is fact and a possible clue. The bottom line is that I cannot get Ground2K4 to open a new project what-so-ever. I am going to shut the system down and perform a POR (power on reset) or a cold boot in hopes that it will help. Right now, I am out of ideas. System is a P-4 200ghz with 512 Corsair HS DDR using XP Home. Any suggestions??????Al

Look at the top of the project's LWM file and make sure that all of the files are where they are supposed to be.Dick Boley KLBE

ISSUE RESOLVED.Shutting off the computer and getting a good nights sleep may be the answer but Ground2K4 began working correctly the next morning. For love nor money, I cannot figure out what was going on. Thanks,Al
