I hope you will see the attachment now.Otherwise I have to read the instruction again.Horst

Hallo Horst, can't see any attachments but one thing to check is your Terrain_Max_Vertex_Level because it has a big effect on the visibility and "definition" of the vector flattens. I have no problem with the offset parameter when TMVL is 20.As for the width of the flatten effect, I wonder (but haven't tested this) whether it is related to the Type parameter (which depends on the number of line segments in the base texture). More likely, though, it is again dependent on the horizontal mesh resolution defined by TMVL (i.e., a minimum width of about 38m).Cheers, Holger

Hello Holger,As far as my experiments gone, the TMVL makes a great influence.Using extreme values (i.e. offset= -100) shows me the effect.I always thought it depends on the vector line width! (it would be better!!)It is very wide for a small line. (the influence to the mesh!)And of course the terrain engine changes the textures for this effect.Needs more experiments (a lot of pitfalls on my way to understand it
