You can animate them in GMax. The only problem with GMax animations is that they run continously. For Fs2002 I made a tool called CAT that could restrict the animations by adding conditions to them, I am still working on a version of CAT that is for Fs2004 as well.Another option would be to make two models, one with the doors open and one with them closed and then just show these two based on certain conditions.
