AFCAD2 Problem with Fly Tampa"s KSAN (San Diego)

Featured Replies

This is a puzzler. AFCADS are suppose to take priority over stock airports. The AFCAD that came with Fly Tampa's KSAN as well as the one I downloaded are both being over ruled by the stock airport BGL.It has a higher layer number than the modified AFCADS. Whats going on here? All the other AFCADS are working just fine as far as I know. The modifieds are layer 10 and 38. The stock is layer 77... The puzzler is that I am showing two modifieds when I only have one installed. That other modified..layer 10 is actually the stock again.but it's lower and shouldnt matter. All of this is installed properly. The FT KSAN scenery is well above the Addon scenery and the Addon scenery is well above the NAMW AP916200 scenery. What the heck can I do to over ride this....Im not sure if this the proper forum and if not can some one direct me to it.Thanks Jim

Howdy, don't really know the specific answer but most problems with duplicate AFCAD files can be solved by running ScanAFD, available here: http://www.nwlink.com/~erog/Both the original release and Version 1.1 beta 2 work well on my system.Good luck!Cheers, Holger
