KSFO XML Approaches Help

Featured Replies

After successfully developing STAR approaches for KSEA using XML and BGLComp, I thought I'd try KSFO. I've done everything just the same, the XML files have compiled OK with BGLComp, I've placed them in the generic scenery folder, but the new approaches are not showing up on my GPS, as the KSEA ones did. The only thing I can think of is that I am using Jetways and Terminals ACOF for KSFO. However, I've tried removing this . . .still no success. I've tried placing the new BGL approach files in other folders such as AddOn Scenery/Scenery, and even in the Jetways & Terminals Scenery Folder ... still no success. I'm open to suggestions from any XML approach experts out there!John

Hi John,Could it be that you are using an addon scenery for KSFO that has its own AFCAD file included? This file could then exclude your approaches again. In that case you might want to give it a higher priority than the addon scenery.

hi Arno, thanks for the reply. I've solved the problems. It ended up not being a scenery priority thing, but some kind of goof up in my XML coding. Not sure exactly what I did that fixed it, because I tried a few things at once. But it is fixed and working!john
