Taxiway Lines in FS2002

Featured Replies

Hi all,I am having two problems that are probably very simple to solve but I have been incapable in doing so...1 - For one weird reason the Taxiwaylines do not appear in the sim. (they do appear in the FSSC)2 - The active a/c moves over the taxiways or the apron and it seems that it is taxiing on rough terrain because it is shaking and bouncig all over....also the 'splash' from the wheels can be seen...hope someone can help me....thankxxx!! Hi Art,Are you using the Fs2002 style TaxiMarkings or narrow roads for your taxiwayslines? To solve the bumping you need to add a SurfaceType command to make it smooth. Or you could also try my Bumpy tool (http://www.scenerydesign.org/forum/showthread.php?t=51), which will create the SurfaceType commands for you exactly following your apron and taxiways, so that the grass remains bumpy.

If the world should blow itself up, the last audible voice would be that of an expert saying it can't be done.
