Excluding Mesh for an area

Featured Replies

Is it possible to exclude mesh for a certain small area? My situation is this: I have the wonderful FS Genesis 38.2m mesh installed for Michigan, but I want to use BozAir's scenery for Mackinaw Island. The BozAir scenery has its own less accurate mesh that is incompatible with FSGenesis' and trying to use both is not an option. Is there any way to exclude the FSGenesis scenery for that small area only?

Humm, no I am afraid there is not a simple command to exclude that piece of mesh. The scenery engine always takes the mesh with the highest quality available. If the FsGenesis mesh is split into different files you could try to find the file with that specific mesh and see what happens if you remove only that file.

If the world should blow itself up, the last audible voice would be that of an expert saying it can't be done.
