Can we add VTP/LWM on top of photo scenery?

Hi,I normally make photo scenery as a set of VTP square polygons. I assign a (VTP) layer to the photo scenery and so I control the drawing order. I just tried to mix one photo scenery made with the resampler (not as VTP polygons) with a normal VTP scenery. But, after playing with the priority order on the scenery library menu, I could not make the VTP part to appear on top of the photo part. Is it possible? I would expect that the photo part would "replace / mix with" the landclass part and then the VTP part would appear if it is given a layer greater than 3.Regards, Luis
