February 7, 200521 yr Commercial Member What is the biggest bitmap dimension that FS2004 can display on a ground polygon, 1024x1024 or 2048x2048?I did a 512x512 square ground polygon and was able to display a high resolution bitmap of 1024x1024 pixels but when I tried to display the 2048x2048 bitmap, it showed up as white. Both bitmaps were saved as 32BIT 888 bitmaps. Is 1024x1024 the highest I can go? Thanks for any help on this.Regards,Efrain Ruiz, APR001Administratorhttp://www.flyapr.com Regards, Efrain RuizLiveDISPATCH @ http://www.livedispatch.org (CLOSED) ☹️
February 7, 200521 yr Commercial Member Hi Efrain,Yes, I think the highest resolution you can use on objects is indeed 1024x1024. I have also noticed that 2048x2048 gives trouble, but I have used 2048x256 with success on a building.
