Airport placement question

I am working on project for a bud and want to try to make it a lot easier. What I want to do is make 1 complete airfiled. then place it at many different locations. The programs being used are afcad, fssc,rwy12 and ground 2k4. If anybody knows a way to do this it would help me a whole lot. :-zhelp

In FSSC you can change the coordinates of your project and then everything should move with it.But in the other tools this does not work. Rwy12 for example places them at a specific location, so you would have to place them again at your new location. For Ground2k and AFCAD I think you can't "copy" them to the new location either.
