redesigning airport

hi i am trying to move an airport to another spot. i changed the afcad, and placed some new airport buildings but failed to esclude the old ones. how can i remove them? i excluded pretty much everything possible, but the buildings refuse to disappear. any suggestions?thanks

Your exclude coverage is probably not large enough.....it's not encompassing the reference point for the default buildings. By what means are you trying to exclude?

uh how can i find the reference point for the buildings? in which file are they?

Hi,It does not matter in which file they are. In general the reference point is at the center of the buildings, but sometimes the airport reference point is also important, this can be seen as a purple cross in AFCAD.How you are making your excludes?

i used ground2k4 to exclude the whole area and even beyond that. the coastlines are all gone so are the polys, but all the airport buildings and some other buildings are still there.
