Taxiway Sign Elevation Problem

Featured Replies

I'm manually adding taxiway signs to KTUS (since the old ones were so incredibly far off from my photorealisic scenery). However, I find that in the middle of the airport, the signs are failing to show - however, if I slew up, then down using F1, I can see them - they're being placed below the flat surface for the airport. Anyone know any workarounds? Thanks

Hi,Are you placing them with XML code?

Yes I am. Is there an elevation flag I can use to force them up?

No, I have never seen an altitude flag for them. So I wonder why they are placed wrong. Do you have a flatten for your airport?

There is a flatten for the airport I believe, but it doesn't make sense that the signs at the far NW and the far SE are showing and none in the middle.

Very true, but the whole problems doesn't make sense. So I was just trying to find something that might cause it. But at the moment I have run out of ideas. Maybe you can attach the BGL file so other can test to see if it also happens on their PC?

I'll try it soon, but you may get some odd taxiway signs around the Tucson airport... ;)
